An agent is an AI teammate that you set up for a job. You can tell it what its role is, how it should work, and what it is allowed to use.

For example, a research agent might search for information, check its sources, and return a short brief. A support agent might read a customer question and draft a helpful reply in your company’s tone.

You can use the same agent again whenever you have similar work.
